Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were not only incredibly clean and comfortable, but also remarkably spacious with breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. The spa area was a real treat, and the bed was just as comfy as the other beds. Although the condition of the rooms wasn't perfect, the hotel's location was simply amazing, being close to historical sites and offering proximity to the Grand Bazaar. The service was top-notch, with the staff always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The dining experience was a delight, especially with the buffet style and delicious offerings. The facilities were well-kept, making my overall experience a memorable one.
I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights overlooking the Bosphorus. The room had a balcony but encountered issues with the shower temperature fluctuating between too hot and too cold. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, especially from the concierge team. The location is perfect for exploring the historical center of Istanbul with major attractions within walking distance. The dining experience offered a delicious buffet with fresh and made-to-order dishes. The hotel facilities were top-notch, catering to various needs.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were smallish but perfect for one person, comfortable, and split over two levels, which I loved. Everything was neat, clean, and had all that I needed, making it a great value for money. The cozy ambiance added to its charm.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a fantastic spa area, but the single glazed windows obstructed the view. The service was top-notch, especially Nural who was incredibly helpful. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance to major attractions, but the condition of the rooms was a downside. The dining options were varied and fulfilling, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.
My stay at the hotel was really nice. The rooms could have been a bit bigger, especially as three girls staying together, but they were nice and big with a roll-in bed. The room was very comfortable and clean. The service was amazing, with a charming atmosphere and extremely warm and polite staff. They were always friendly and welcoming, and even went the extra mile by providing us with their own travel cards. The location was perfect, right in the historical part of the city, close to all major attractions. The dining experience was good, with a variety of options, although a bit repetitive. Overall, a great value for money.
I was very disappointed with a backstaircase outside my window blocking all the view, but the rooms are so clean and comfortable. The spa area is really good, though. Apart from that, the wonderful service made a difference during my stay.
The hotel is perfectly located right in front of the Marmaray station, above the seaport, and within a 5-minute walk to the Sultan Ahmed, Grand Bazaar, and Misir Carsisi. The rooms were pretty big and fabulous, but could have been a bit bigger for three girls needing a mirror in the room. The service was top-notch, very hospitable and helpful, especially Onur. The location is superb with the train station just in front, the Old City only 10 minutes away, and excellent restaurants nearby, despite the night noise. The dining experience offers a wide variety of foods beautifully presented, with on-the-spot omelettes prepared right in front of you. The facilities are convenient and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a wonderful retreat after a long day exploring the city, but I found them quite uninspiring and the food was rather ordinary. On the bright side, the room was extra ordinarily big. However, I was surprised to learn that the temperature was controlled by the reception and air conditioning was only available in the summer.
The hotel offers stunning views overlooking the Bosphorus and provides a peaceful night's rest; however, the rooms are on the smaller side. The service is impeccable, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The location is excellent, close to key sights and convenient for exploration, although the hilly terrain may pose challenges. The dining experience is satisfactory but could use more variety. Overall, a lovely stay with minor room size constraints.
