the air conditioning barely worked. i had to call the front desk repeatedly. they did send someone to look at it, but the room never really cooled down. also, the breakfast buffet was quite small. there weren't many options, and the food wasn't very hot.

The staff was very cute. They were excellent. the hotel's location is great for exploring the local area. it's only twenty yards from the marmaray station. It was very handy.

the hotel seems to turn off the air conditioning for the winter. this means you can only heat the bedrooms instead of cooling them. it was uncomfortably warm in our room.

the room was very nice, with high cleaning standards maintained daily. the air conditioning worked very well, controlled from reception, and we specified our preferred temperature. bed and pillows felt very comfortable.

the breakfast selection was acceptable, it offered a decent start to the day.

The noise levels were ridiculous. a nearby mosque amplified the call to prayer at 5 am. traffic droned on all night. Sleep was difficult. the hotel didn't care about it at all.

The staff were friendly, and i felt welcome. the hotel provides good facilities including a pool and sauna. the breakfast selection was varied and covered most needs! the rooms were neat. i also liked the efficient cleaning staff. They did a great job.

The air conditioning was set to a temperature i couldn't adjust. It was either too hot or too cold. there was no way for me to change it myself, and that was slightly annoying.
